Kate is passionate about inspiring and facilitating people to address social causes. She has worked for various international non-profit organizations for 8 years. Previously, she served in Hong Kong Red Cross to plan and oversee community projects that carried out by college students to address social issues in mainland China, East Asia and Africa. She also enjoyed nurturing young social leaders in Hong Kong.
Prior to youth development field, Kate served 400+ elderly people through managing the operation of home-care services.
Kate loves spending time in nature, she enjoys scuba diving, hiking, snowboarding and helping out at dog shelters.
Emily serves as the Program Administrator at SOW Asia. She has served SOW Asia in various capacities for over 10 years providing bookkeeping and general administrative support.
