SOW Asia Foundation Limited is a registered charitable organization under Section 88 of the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Ordinance. This status ensures that all activities are conducted for public benefit and subject to regular government oversight and compliance requirements.
Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors comprises experienced professionals from diverse sectors including finance, social enterprise, public policy, and venture capital. The Board meets quarterly to oversee strategic direction, financial management, and ensure alignment with our charitable mission.
Accountability & Transparency

Financial Management
All financial activities are conducted in accordance with Hong Kong charitable organization regulations. We undergo annual independent audits, maintain separate accounts for charitable and venture activities, and ensure that all profits from successful ventures are recycled back into our mission.
Conflict of Interest Policy
We maintain strict conflict of interest policies for all Board members, staff, and advisors. All potential conflicts must be disclosed and documented. Decisions involving conflicted parties require independent review and approval by non-conflicted Board members.
Compliance & Reporting
