Darius Yuen

Founder & President, SOW (Asia) Foundation

Darius Yuen was a managing director for BNP Paribas and a senior managing director for Bear Stearns - Asia. After spending over 18 years in finance and accounting in Hong Kong, Darius founded SOW Asia Foundation in 2008 in response to a shift in his own values. Darius earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a qualified accountant.

Cliff Cheung

Chairman & CEO, InterLeader Capital

Cliff Cheung has more than 25 years of experience in private equity and venture capital in the U.S. and Asia-Pacific. Cliff is a former Chairman of the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, former member of the Listing Committee of the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and the Asia-Pacific Advocacy Committee of the CFA Institute. Cliff has also served as a director on many listed and private companies in Asia.

Chung To

Founder & Chairman, Chi Heng Foundation

Chung To is the founder and Chairman of Chi Heng Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides comprehensive care and support to AIDS-impacted children with a focus on education. After 10 years as an investment banker, Chung started the foundation in response to the urgency and severity of the HIV/AIDS situation in China. To date, the foundation has served over 10,000 children and Chung has been recognized as an inspirational leader throughout Asia for the care of children affected by HIV/AIDS.

Michael Tang

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder, The Location Company

Michael Tang is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of The Location Company, a leading Location Enabled Services (LES) developer and provider. In 1999, along with his partner, he was responsible for acquiring LoJack (HK), Hong Kong’s first location-specific radio frequency network for stolen vehicle tracking and recovery, and launching the location-based services industry throughout the region. An accountant by training, Michael has experience in audit and corporate recovery, and has made a name for himself as a corporate restructuring specialist.

Andy Tung

Director & Chief Operating Officer, Orient Overseas Container Line Limited

Andy Tung has been a director and a member of the Executive Committee of Orient Overseas Container Line Limited (OOCL) since 2006 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer of OOCL in 2009. He is also a director of Cargosmart (Hong Kong) Limited. Prior to 2006, Andy was the Chief Operating Officer of Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Limited. He is also Vice-Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce Commission for Transport & Logistics. Andy holds a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Demetrius Yuen

Founder & Managing Director, Port Shipping Central Limited

Demetrius Yuen is the Founder and the Managing Director of Port Shipping Central Limited. He has over 15 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and corporate finance in financial institutions and with global and regional port operators. He has also served as a director of private companies.
